Registration Information

International Registration: Because costs and arrangements for international trainings differ by country we cannot offer on-line registration at this time. For more information, please contact us.

Payment: Registration fees for each course can be found in the course descriptions. Attendance at the trainings will be limited, so early registration is suggested. A minimum 25% deposit is required at time of registration. Balance must be paid within 21 days of the training to secure registration.

Book Shipment: We cannot guarantee delivery prior to the training for registrations received later than 10 days prior or for registrations from outside the U.S. Please add $10 within the U.S. and $20 outside the U.S. for priority shipping.

What’s Included: Fees include all training materials, refreshments and CEs. Completion letters will be sent within 60 days. Special requests for completion letters or replacement completion letters will cost $20 each.

Cancellation: Full refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be granted for cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the training. No refund will be granted for cancellation made less than 21 days prior, although we will credit your payment to another training.

Times: Check-in and coffee service begins at 8:00 a.m.; trainings start at 8:30 and end at 4:30 each day except for day four of Introductory Theraplay and MIM, which ends at 3:30. Check in for the One-day Seminar will begin at 8:30 a.m.; the training will begin at 9:00 and end at 4:30 each day.

Special needs: Please inform us at the time of registration of any special dietary needs or physical handicaps that require our attention.
